I am writing this review for a few different reasons. First, as someone who found Early Options through google and citysearch reviews, I want to address an important consideration. If you're like me, you are probably skeptical of the many, many positive reviews. I was. Regardless, I felt it was my best option for a private and uncomplicated abortion. I am now on the other side of the process and can honestly say that the website information and reviews by and large are accurate and true.
My husband and I were never expecting to have to make this decision. Because this was the most difficult thing I've ever done, I'm having a hard time describing the experience positively. However, the manual aspiration procedure, as described, was very quick and only slightly uncomfortable. The nurse was extremely calm and reassuring. The doctor answered my (few) questions as I was already pretty prepared. After the procedure was done (truly less than 5 minutes), my husband and I were a bit emotional. We were comforted and offered tea, snacks and as much time as we needed. While we have resolved to never do this again, I am thankful that I was able to afford THIS type of care in THIS setting as opposed to the many other options out there.

I had such a smooth and excellent experience. Dr Fleischman and Vanessa were both very informative. They addressed my concerns, guided me through the process. The soft touch method was indeed soft touch I barely felt a thing except some mild cramps for a minute or 2. The process itself was quick, lasted no longer than the 5mins. I went by myself but almost felt like I had people I knew for a long time in the room. Vanessa offered me a heating pillow.. They definitely clear all the myths associated with women’s reproductive health. I was able to take the train ride back home and walk my dog after with no issues. I would highly recommend!
All I can say is the doctor and the nurse was so compassionate and kind towards me and my husband. The doctor took her time to explain the whole process. It was rough going through it, but after wards I was fine. They gave me some snacks, heating pad for my stomach and medicine for pain. Then they checked up on me to make sure I was good to go. Thank you ladies.

Listen, as a person who has went through a rough termination preciously, I would recommend this place ten times over! The customer care, the nurses are so personable and they make you feel so comfortable before the procedure even starts. The procedure itself is not long. Although there is great discomfort with moderate cramping, the nurses being there “talking you through it” makes a world of difference. It was a short procedure maybe 2 minutes at most. Afterwards, was amazing! I have bled minimally along with minimal cramping. Once again, if you want a personalized experience and from a care facility that actual cares, this is the place for you!
